Web Weaver Learning Center strives to provide the best education for our customers. We are all human, however, and mistakes can be made. When we do make mistakes, e.g. typos on pricing, etc, the correct pricing shall apply. All the terms are reasonable like this.

General Terms and Conditions

• These general terms and conditions apply to each and every terms and condition offered by Web Weaver Learning Centre.
• All instructions, rules and conditions relating to a specific terms and condition form part of these general terms and conditions but in the event of conflict these provisions shall prevail.
• Promotion and/or offer components and restrictions vary by different promotions.
• A promotion and/or offer have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash (or for benefits in kind such as gift vouchers).
• Reservation & bookings of courses and workshops are subject to availability.
• Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply.
• Promotion and/or offer may not be combined with other offers or promotions.
• Promotion and/or offer are subject to change without notice.
• Web Weaver Learning Center is not responsible for omissions or typographical errors.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• Web Weaver Learning Centre reserves the right to discontinue any offer at any time.
• Any cancellation of courses or workshops will be subjected to processing Fees of 5% from the original course or workshop fees. Any remainder payment will be refunded within 14 working days from cancellation date.
• WebWeaver Learning Center reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
• If any of these terms are found to be invalid, those terms alone will be nullified, but the rest of the terms shall still apply.

Limitation of Liability

• WebWeaver Learning Centre shall not be liable to any customer for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of a Promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to use promotional and/or offer rates for any reason.
